Haus of Us' initiative is to empower the youth. Coordinating events to provide a safe space for all ages, where young people can express themselves. Utilizing the newest talent of ballroom to create a platform for the youth of ballroom to strive and succeed.

The Gamification Series Ball
Haus of Us started in 2019. It all began when 8Ball Community sponsored a beautiful venue in an effort to learn more about the ballroom community and fundraise for their non-profit. Together, Haus of Us and @8ballcommunity were able to create a ball. Haus of Us was able to give away more than $2000 in cash prizes and trophies!
In The Name of Courage Mini Ball
Community is the foundation of every great Haus of Us event. Haus of Us collaborated with The Door and TVB to create a mini ball where we were able to give away more than $500 in cash prizes and trophies.
Haus of Us x Teens Take The Met!
Teens Take The Met! is a Teen Night co-organized with over 40 community partners. The Met is the place to be for teens. Haus of Us used the space provided to have a kiki loungue which our community really enjoyed.
Haus of Us x Dazed
Dazed Magazine gave Haus of Us a platform to showcase our talent and express our experiences and stories in ballroom.
The Christmas Giving Mini Ball
During the holiday season, we got creative by throwing a charity based mini ball. Each participant (ball walker) had to bring a donation to walk. Our guest were encouraged to do the same.
With the help of the community, we were able to donate more than 200+ items of coats, clothing, food, etc... to The Door. Haus of Us gave away more than $600 in cash prizes and trophies

Haus of Us got the wonderful opportunity to do what we love while sporting Melissa's comfortable shoes.
Kiki Lounges
WANNA KIKI? Haus of Us is hosting Kiki Lounges every other Thursday! September - December
September 10th, 2020 was be our first Kiki Lounge!
When in attendance please note that due to COVID-19 it is mandatory that all participants must practice social distancing and wear a mask.
Haus of Us provided masks, hand sanitizers, metro cards and other items.
